word 2007 bị treo khi đóng tài liệu

Mình cài mấy cái máy dùng windows vista và word 2007 nhưng cứ khi mở tài liệu ra đóng vào là bị treo not responding toàn phải end task, điên hết cả người
không hiểu làm sao nữa, chắc chắn là không có virus rồi

1. lỗi file normal.dotm.
2. lỗi trong registry
3. Lỗi do install các add-ins. ( PDF convert, ...)
Vào registry xóa cái data trong đường dẫn sau là ok
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\W ord\Data

Lại nhờ anh cái nữa là cái excel của em bấm đôi vào file excel nó toàn báo office make sure you typed the name correctly.

trong khi vào file menu mở ra thì lại ok, điên với thằng 2007 lắm rồi đấy

Thôi em tìm ra rồi hi hi, chắc nghịch ngợm mấy cái option nên bấm nhầm vào nut Ignore other applications

search ra cái hướng dẫn:

1. In Microsoft Office Excel 2007, click the Microsoft Office Button,
and then click Excel Options.
2. Click Advanced, and then click to clear the Ignore other
applications check box in the General area.
3. Click OK.
1. In Microsoft Office Excel 2003 or earlier versions of Excel click
Options, on the Tools menu.
2. Click the General tab.
3. Click to clear the Ignore other applications check box, and then
click OK.
After you do this, you should be able to open workbooks by
double-clicking them in Windows Explorer.
