Lỗi 0xC103798A khi cài đặt exchange server 2003 ai giúp mình với

mình cài đặt exchange server 2003 Khi chạy forestPrep trong Exchange Server 2003 thì xuất hiện thông báo lỗi sau:

"Setup failed while installing sub-component "Microsoft Windows Active Directory schema update UpdateName" with error code 0xC103798A (please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). You may cancel the installation or try the failed step again."

mình tìm hiểu mãi không ra có ai biết không chỉ giúp mình với với !

mình đã vào đường link của bạn và làm theo hướng dẫn. nhưng ở bước 2 khi mình click chuột phải vào Forward Lookup Zones thì không có Properties để chọn.
bước 3 phần 3. In the Allow dynamic updates? list, click Yes or Only secure updates. cũng không thấy ở đâu cả.
