MDaemon ko send mail được

Hi all,

Mình dùng Mail MDaemon . Nhưng không hiểu tại sao khi các máy con gởi mail ra ngoài thì mail lại nằm trong retry queue và remote queue không đi ra ngoài được. Xin mọi người chỉ giúp. Trường hợp này mình không hiểu tại sao và không biết cách nào giải quyết.

Mong tất cả mọi người giúp mình giải quyết.

bạn có thể nói rõ hơn phiên bản đang sử dụng Mdeamon bao nhiêu? bạn sử dụng là mail offline mode hay online mode được không? bạn xem có bấm nhầm vào chức năng "đông cứng" không?
ngoài ra bạn thử move tất cả các retry và remote queuee vào trong local queuee xem nó có chạy không?

bạn chỉ cần đặt lại DNS lýa một cái DNS nào đó (VD : 203.162.0.181 chẳng hạn) để cho mail server của bạn có thể chui được ra ngoài. Thêm nữa bạn phải vào Primary DNS để ktra lại xem có đúng là DNS của mail server đã được đặt đúng chưa (thường là DNS của mailserver)?

Trước em dùng Mdeamon, gửi ra ngoài nhiều mail rất ok, nhưng đặc biệt lại ko gửi được cho thằng Yahoo và vnn.vn. Chả hiểu sao lại thế ??????

bạn xem lại đỉa chỉ mail của ngươi bạn gửi coi có đúng không.Xem account có mail trong hệ thống mail server cua bạn ko?

Mình gặp trường hợp này, là khi mình gởi mail cho gmail.com hay yahoo.com thì có lúc được lúc ko. Đọc trên diễn đàn thì thấy có bạn chỉ vào trang http://www.spamhaus.org/ để kiểm tra IP của mình. Mình đã kiểm tra thì nó báo như vậy. Mình phải làm gì tiếp theo đây, mong các bạn chỉ với, mình gà lắm. :021:

PBL Self-Service IP Removal

Automatic removal mechanism for single Static IP addresses

This function allows mail server operators with Static IP addresses listed on the PBL (such as IPs within a range previously identified as Dynamic but which has been recently reassigned as Static) to automatically remove their Static IP addresses from the PBL database.

Before removing an IP address from the PBL database you must understand this:

http://www.spamhaus.org/images/dot-red.gifTHE PBL IS NOT A BLACKLIST. You are not blacklisted for spamming or for anything you have done. The PBL is simply a list of ALL of the world's dynamic broadband IP space, i.e: IP space normally assigned to broadband/ADSL customers. It is perfectly normal for dynamic IP addresses (DSL, DHCP, cable, dialup) to be listed on the PBL. In fact all dynamic IP addresses in the world *should be* on the PBL.

The PBL does not prevent you sending email unless your email program is not authenticating properly when it connects to your ISP or company's mail server. This can happen if you have forgotten to turn on 'Authentication' in your 'outgoing mail' account settings, or if the username/password your email program is giving to your outgoing mail server is wrong.

If you are using a normal email program, such as Outlook, Entourage, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and you are being blocked by a Spamhaus PBL listing when you try to send email, the reason is simply that YOU NEED TO TURN ON 'SMTP AUTHENTICATION' in your email program's account settings. Mình đã làm theo các bước remove được rồi nhưng mình lại gặp một trường hợp khác là trước đây mình gởi mail đến mail nội bộ của công ty khác được, nhưng gmail hay yahoo thì lúc được lúc ko. Nhưng giờ thì gởi email đến gmail hay yahoo thì OK, nhưng gởi đến mail đến các công ty khác thì cũng công email được có email ko. Các bạn xin giúp mình với :020:. Đây là nội dung email trả về.

Anh sonnv, em đã làm theo hướng dẫn của nó và remove được rồi. Nhưng không biết sao hôm sau em check thì nó bị lại. Anh giúp em với.

Vấn đề của bạn là phải tìm ra nguyên nhân bị đưa vào blacklist trước khắc phục nó sau đó mới request họ remove mình ra khỏi blacklist vì nếu bạn yêu cầu remove mà chưa khắc phục được nguyên nhân (có thể là virus, có thể là bị open relay trong email server) thì lần sau sẽ khó khăn hơn đấy.

Dạ em cám ơn anh rất nhiều, nhưng cái chổ anh nói là cấu hình cho mail server chỉ relay các thư thuộc domain của mình. Em phải vào đâu để cấu hình vậy anh. Em đang sử dụng mail server Mdaemon. Anh có thể chỉ rỏ giúp em được ko? em gà lắm :(.

Vào Mdaemon nhé:

vào Security.
vào tiếp Relays/Trusts/ Tarpit / Reverse lookups/ LAN IPs...
xong tìm Relay Settings Tab.
chọn Do not allow message relaying. Khi chọn dấu tích này thì các mail mà không có địa chỉ email của domain mình ( from hoặc to) thì server sẽ không cho email đi qua
Chọn Apply.
Chọn OK.

EM đã kiểm tra và khắc phục được tình trạng 1 và 2. Nhưng trong công ty em nhiều virus lắm. Em quét không hết. Mail Server em dùng Symantec không biết vậy có ổn không vậy anh. Hầu hết các email chứa file excel đều bị nhiễm marco. Quét virus mà diệt luôn file thì không được. Không biết anh có cách nào hay chỉ giúp em với.
