Mình thi 70-290 cách đây hơn 3 tháng rồi mà đến giờ vẫn chưa nhận được chứng chỉ gửi về. Các bạn cho mình hỏi có cách nào để check xem người ta đã gửi cho mình chưa hay không? Làm thế nào để request họ gửi lại cho mình?

Sau khi thi xong, nếu passed, sau 1 hoặc 2 ngày Microsoft sẽ gởi 2 mails thông báo và hướng dẫn Microsoft Certified Professional Programs đến email đã đăng ký trong khi ghi danh cho bạn.
Trong 2 mails đó có đầy đủ MCP ID và Access CODE để bạn có thể đăng kí. Nội dung 2 lá thư đó tương tự như sau :

Lưu ý:

- FC171460-C4C6-4707-9954-AAA6DEB9701C: là Access Code
- Sau 21 ngày, nếu bạn vẫn chưa tạo account và login, bạn sẽ không thể login với Access CODE đó nữa. Muốn xin lại Access CODE, bạn phải gọi qua Singapore ! số liên lạc như sau:

Mình thi chứng chỉ của Cisco. Thi xong cứ ngồi chơi xơi nước rồi bọn nó đưa về tân nơi cho :D :D :D Thế mới sướng. Chẳng phải làm gì cả

Cho mình hỏi thi chứng chỉ Microsoft thì bắt buộc phải confirm cái thông tin của nó à. Nếu không thì phải CALL hay sao :confused: :confused: :confused:

à bắt buộc confirm để check lại thông tin cho chính xác tránh việc thất lạc bằng thôi. Không nhất thiết phải call

Mình chưa thi Microsoft Certificate bao giờ nhưng theo mình nghĩ bọn này nó cũng làm việc theo bọn Cisco ý chứ. Tức là nếu khi ai thi xong nó sẽ gửi cho 1 thư xem thông tin, nếu sai thì liên lạc với nó theo trang web nào đó, hoặc call. Còn nếu "ngoan cố" không làm gì thì nó sẽ lấy thông tin default khi chúng ta đăng ký thông qua bọn VUE chứ.
